Is a Buyer Shortlist public?
No. It is a private page with its own link. It is hidden from search engines and never shown on your public profile. You can also add an access code.
Do my clients need an account?
No. They open the link, react and comment right away.
Who can see my clients' reactions?
Only you and, on a Teams plan, authorized members of your team.
Why does a home sometimes show without a photo?
Some listing sites block link previews. You can use the refresh button to try again, and write your own title for the home.
How many shortlists can I have?
Pro includes up to 10 active shortlists with unlimited homes in each. Archive one to make room for another.
