Accessibility

Last updated: October 20, 2026

We want RealBio to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, voice control or magnification.

Our target

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across our public pages, the sign-in and sign-up flows, and the agent dashboard. RealBio partially conforms today. We are still closing the gaps below.

What we have done

  • Automated checks with axe-core on our main pages, with fixes for contrast, labels, button names and image text.
  • Visible keyboard focus and a skip link in the dashboard.
  • Form fields stay at 16px on touch devices, and zooming is never blocked.
  • Text in the dashboard is larger than before.

Known gaps

  • Agents choose the colors of their own public page. Some combinations may not reach the 4.5:1 contrast ratio. We correct text and button colors that fall short on blocks, but not every combination.
  • Automated tools find only part of the issues. A full manual review with screen readers is still in progress.
  • Content that agents upload, such as photos and descriptions, may lack text alternatives.

Tell us about a problem

If something is hard to use, write to legal@realbio.io with the page and what happened. We reply within 5 business days and can provide information in another format on request.
